Mission
The HCC Office of Research, Analytics & Decision Support is responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of accurate and timely information on all aspects of HCC in support of institutional decision-making, planning and reporting.
Purpose
The Office of Research, Analytics & Decision Support provides information to support decision-making district wide. The subject of institutional research is HCC itself: students, faculty and staff, courses and finances. Research activities are often undertaken in association with HCC planning, program review, special requests, projects or queries that require a broad overview of HCC. The office serves as a clearinghouse for many district-wide surveys and coordinates the administration of the Student Evaluation of Instruction.
