Your First Days
Getting Started in Your Role
On your first day at Houston City College, you will be welcomed at an onboarding experience with other professionals who are entering the community. During onboarding, you will learn about HCC, participate in discussions, become familiar with the HCC web and complete your benefits enrollment. We are happy that you chose to join our community and want to ensure you have the information and tools to get off to a good start. (Onboarding is 3 days for full-time employees and 4 hours for part-time employees.)
