Houston City College is Houston's college. We're uniquely situated to understand the needs of Houston's citizens and industries. Houston City College views community development and outreach as an integral component of its activities whose main effort is to serve the community consistent with the college's mission and vision. Community development is a process that seeks to build strong, sustainable communities by bringing people and groups together for the good of the wider community and society.
