Houston City College Notice of Runoff Election Saturday, December 13, 2025

TO THE QUALIFIED AND REGISTERED VOTERS OF HOUSTON CITY COLLEGE (THE “COLLEGE”):

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the College will conduct a Runoff Election (the “Election”) as described herein, on Saturday, December 13, 2025, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

At the Election, one of the following candidates will be elected to the office of Trustee, District II: Renee Jefferson Patterson and Kathleen “Kathy” Lynch Gunter

The main early voting polling place and the period for early voting by personal appearance are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. Preliminary polling places are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. Such information is not yet final and is subject to change by Harris County. Voters should confirm polling place information prior to voting at www.harrisvotes.com/ or by calling (713) 755-6965.

Voters who are entitled by law to vote early by mail may obtain applications for early voting ballots to be voted by mail in accordance with applicable law by making application for a ballot by mail as follows:
