The Interpreting Training / American Sign Language AAS program at Houston City College is a two-year course of study that prepares students for entry-level employment in the interpreting profession. Welding is also essential in construction, where it is used to join beams, build bridges, and connect pipes in pipelines, power plants, and refineries.
