A Basic Peace Officer Licensing certificate is also available. Students must be 21 or older to enter the police academy, and Texas requires a four-year degree for careers such as probation officer or protective services worker.

Dental Assistants work under the supervision of a licensed dentist and assist in the care and treatment of dental patients. They perform a variety of important functions in the dental office. As a vital member of the dental health team, the dental assistant prepares the patient for treatment, provides the dentist with necessary instruments, instructs patients in proper oral hygiene, records dental services, and performs various laboratory procedures and managerial duties for the office.

The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program is a four-semester program including online lectures, in-person labs and offsite clinical rotations. Classes can be on any day of the week, including the weekend. The program will let the students know in advance of their schedule.
